Marine Charter Service was established for those who do not have a means to be on Kentucky Lake when they visit the area. We provide customized, chartered boat trips with a unique opportunity to experience the lake in a safe and secure environment. Our goal and mission is to give our guests a worry free, memorable cruise on Kentucky Lake.
Marine Charter Service operates out of the heart of the northern half of Kentucky Lake covering over forty miles of lake from Kentucky Dam Village State Resort Park to Kenlake State Resort Park at Aurora. This area offers many different sightseeing opportunities limited only by the amount of time you have to spend with us. Utilizing a combination of outstanding customer service, and individual trip planning by both our guests and our experienced staff, we offer a fun, friendly, memorable vacation experience.
Our Captains are Coast Guard Licensed and we are fully insured.
Your day may include an on the water experience of:
- The stone quarry
- The marinas
- Touring the quiet bays of the Land Between the Lakes
- Fireworks on the 4th of July or Marina Day
- Pisgah Bay Drag Boat Races
- Hot August Blues
- Bluegrass Festival
- A sunrise or sunset cruise. This trip could, if you like, include a breakfast or dinner stop at one of the resort or State Park Restaurants.
We’ll pick you up and return you to any one of several locations on Kentucky Lake.
From the Jonathan Creek area there will be no extra charge.
From the Kenlake State Park area there will be an added charge of $15.00.
From the Big Bear Creek area there will be an added charge of $20.00.
From Kentucky Dam area there will be an added charge of $25.00.
